It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the spelling of names is correct prior to checkout. Should you realise you have made a spelling error, please contact us ASAP on sales@hootdesignz.com.au.  If the product in question has not yet been produced, we will happily amend the spelling error.  All names are produced exactly as they appear within your order.  If you wish to have a capital letter at the beginning of each name, please type it that way.



Every effort has been made to ensure the product colours shown on the website are as close as possible to the true colour shown. However, computer screens may show slight variations and due to varying colour calibrations of printers and monitors, there may be a slight difference.

When ordering a product from our website, you accept the risk of such differences.



As we specialise in hand made personalised items some of our products are produced from scratch .  Please allow up to 15 working days. 

Please take into account when placing orders during peak times (Easter, Mother's/Father's day, Christmas etc..) that your order may take longer and that you allow additional time for your delivery to reach you. 

* Should you require your item a little faster please let us know at the checkout and we may be able to speed up the process, however please note this is not always possible esspecialy during busy times - We will certainly let you know though if this is the case.



Payments are made via Paypal - PayPal account, Visa and Mastercard; bank transfer (details provided on your invoice) or Pay Away lay by. 



Where products are hand made slight variations in colour can occur.  We make every effort to produce products identical to that shown on our website. 

If faulty or incorrect goods are received please contact us within 5 days. 

Unfortunately we are unable to provide a refund or exchange for change of mind  if the product in question has been personalised i.e. with a child’s name.
