PRODUCTION TIME FRAMES

PLEASE NOTE: We are experiencing delays out of our control due to COVID19 and the timeframes below may be impacted and may exceed. Please EXPECT delays outside of the below timeframes. The below timeframes are a guide only and are our NORMAL timeframes may not apply in this current environment  due COVID19.

As we specialise in hand made personalised items all of our products are produced from scratch. Most of our fabrics come from the USA Please allow roughly up to 6 weeks for delivery of cot sets and teepees, and roughly up to 4 weeks for everything else, regardless if you have paid via Afterpay, Paypal or EFT.

Please take into account when placing orders during peak times (Easter, Mother's/Father's day, Christmas etc..) that your order may take longer and that you allow additional time for your delivery to reach you. 

* Should you require your item a little faster please let us know at the checkout and we may be able to speed up the process, however please note this is not always possible esspecialy during busy times - We will certainly let you know though if this is the case.

POSTAGE & DELIVERY

Please ensure that your postal and email address are entered correctly along with your mobile number  when placing your order.  We use two postal methods -  Australia Post & Couriers. Some parcels will require a signature, if you are not home to receive your order a card will be left in your letterbox with instructions to collect the item from your local Australia Post Outlet or nearest courier depot. We recommend having your parcels delivered to a business address where possible.
