WHEN SHOULD I RECEIVE MY ORDER? 

For small items such as personalised cushions and softies please allow up to 4 weeks from payment date. Larger items such as cot sets and teepees , please allow up to 6 weeks for dispatch . ***PLEASE EXPECT DELAYS OUTSIDE OF THESE TIME FRMES DUE TO COVID19

**PLEASE NOTE- during peak and seasonal times these time frames may be longer.

 

SHIPPING?

We ship via courier or Australia post. Please ensure your address details and contact number are correct on your order. We
prefer a street or office address as our courier will not deliver to a PO BOX.

 

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER ?

The process for production starts the moment your order is placed & paid for. Please take a moment to check over your order in the shopping cart before proceeding to the checkout as we are unable to change any order after it has been placed. 

 

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME TO RECEIVE MY GOODS?

A card will be left in your letterbox from either a courier or Australia post with further instructions

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

For orders placed online we accept, electronic transfer , MasterCard, Visa and Pay Pal.  

 

HOW MUCH WILL DELIVERY COST?

Shipping rates are calculated at the checkout based on the weight of your order. For an accurate gauge of your total shipping costs and options, add your desired items to the cart, input your address and your costs will be calculated for you.

 

WILL I NEED TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS DUTIES OR FEES?

Orders that are shipped to countries outside of Australia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates..

Hoot DesignZ are not responsible for any customs duties, taxes or fees issued by any country. It is the customers responsibility to check this.

 

COLOUR ON THE INTERNET

Every effort has been made to ensure the product colours shown on the website are as close as possible to the true colour shown. However, computer screens may show slight variations and due to varying colour calibrations of printers and monitors, there may be a slight difference.
When ordering a product from our website, you accept the risk of such differences.

*Please note: We use a number of suppliers who will post their products directly to you, as a result you may receive more than one package depending on your order and this is the only time that your name and address details will be given to a third Party.
